baby audrey swift: photo session 3.20.2011

Such a sweet baby girl little Audrey is. I had to think back when my Kins was that little and I hardly remember it. They grow so, so fast, and they only look like a newborn for such a short window of time. Audrey even looked different to me when I photographed her a week and a half ago. Included in this post are a few of my favorites from the session. You'll fall in love with her as soon as you see her!!!

...I decided to purchase some Lightroom presets from Sesame Ellis, an Australian photographer who I have really grown to admire as I am beginning my photography journey. Her presets are just adorable and create a feeling that is just not captureable (sp?) with ordinary light.

So Kinsley is off, having her amazingly long nap and I am playing away with my photos and new Sesame Ellis presets. So much fun!!! This preset is titled "50's print."

Any Takers...?

I am looking to give away complimentary sessions right now (month of March/maybe April too) for one unselfish reason, and two selfish reasons. (At least I am honest.) I'll start with the selfish reasons.. (1) I would love to establish a portfoilo and something that I can show future clients of mine that I am proud of. (2) If you like your complimentary session, perhaps you would hire me again, or refer me to somebody. My very, very, very unselfish reason is offering my time (for free) to you in hopes that you walk away with images that will create lasting memories to cherish forever. Plus, I just love shooting and would love new subjects, other than my Kinsley.

I am willing to do it all, my site describes different styles in which I am already comfortable with but would love to venture out and explore all different types of options.

Coffee Connection

Family friends of ours own this tucked away, quiet, and beautiful coffee shop, located in Ojai, CA. Called Coffee Connection, it's owners needed a little website updating, and thoughtfully took a chance with my photography. I was ecstatic that I would get to venture outside my comfort zone with a new style of photography and overall was pleased with what I got! Stop into Coffee Connection whenever you find yourselves in Ojai, all organic, fair trade coffee, with excellent service, an inviting atmosphere, and a very family style feel. Great lattes and cappuccinos too. YUM!!
